Private furnished patio, walking and bike trails, and transit stops nearby. Amenity building has a pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court, and basketball hoop. Looking for a mindful roommate to share this townhouse. Students and short-term rentals are preferred. May - September, September - May. I am friendly and private. The entire space is shared.
