All Furniture Must go !!!!

Hello, I am moving and must sell all my furniture. Waa way Everything pictured above is for sale today for a special price of only $270 cash only everything in the pictures above I just bought a new mattress for $200 and the mats that came with the bed. It still knew I put that on the bottom and put my new mattress on top and that was a gel cooled mattress so I wanted that one on top and the other one is like new. I never used the one in the bottom and then we have that nice loveseat. It’s very comfortable. I have a small kitchen table that’s 3‘ x 3‘ and it expands to 3‘ x 4‘ then I have two kitchen chairs that are burgundy and colour that go with the kitchen table. I have one six drawer dresser. It’s just a small dresser, but it’s very heavy and then I have a night table and a steel bed frame with two mattresses the TV unit is a heavy duty oak unit for a really large TV if you want and then I have an occasional chair in the living room that’s golden color. Everything has to go as soon as possible and I’ll let it all go everything for $270.cash. This is a really good deal all the furniture is in good shape. There’s no rips or tears than anything and this is a pest pest control building so we have regular checks for pass and my furniture has no pass at all because it was checked just recently so please come down and pick it up. You have to pick up this furniture because I do not have a vehicle. The 2 ft x 3 ft Tv is and extra $40.
