Sound Shakit PA504-G2 Sound Enhancing Processor

I don't know much about this, I bought a lot of electronics from an estate, supposedly most of them still worked but I don't understand what this does nor do I know how to use it. I've found online listings for ~400 dollars but that's ridiculous for something I can't test. Hopefully you know what this is and can use it.
