NOMA Dehumidifier - 50 pint/day

This is a NOMA 50 pint/day dehumidifier. It has multiple settings including Auto Dry, Continuous, Manual Set, Timer, Mode, Clean Filter notification. It also features an Empty Bucket indicator. It is 3 years old and I think it needs a refrigerant recharge as it doesn’t seem to remove much moisture from the air (the bottom part of the condensing coils ices up, so I think the compressor is working. ) The fan works well. I don’t have time to fix it - would be ideal for some handy person to tinker with.
