The Anti-Corporate DDR3 Rebellion: Behold the DDR3 Death Star
$750
When memory manufacturers drove prices into the stratosphere, I didn't upgrade, I built a middle finger in tempered glass. This custom engineered workstation is built around legendary DDR3 hardware that still punches well above its weight against modern platforms.
Every component was carefully researched, hunted down, and stress-tested to work together as one rock-solid system. This build is my Frankenstein.
It's an absolute monster that adapts to whatever you throw at it. I built it primarily as a video rendering workstation, where it tore through demanding workloads without breaking a sweat. It's hilariously overpowered for a college student, and with its powerful GPU, it also makes an outstanding gaming PC right out of the box.
