Sofa bed w/double mattress

Soft and comfy couch with pullout double bed. Comes with 4 almost-new removable cushion protectors as seen in the photos. The bed has a 6" mattress and comes with a brand new mattress encasement. It is in good used condition. Has some regular wear and tear; was always cleaned regularly. There is some minor staining and a 1in long tear on one of the bottom cushions. I will be sad to see it go but I am selling to make room for a sectional. Asking $150 OBO. Must pick up in the Annex.
