Couch 2 seater

Had this couch for a year, im moving so im selling my couch. I took off the covers to wash but unfortunately one of the zippers broke off its fixable if you know how too thats why im selling it for a lower price. Originally payed $300. Need help to take it out my basement apartment out. I do have tge assembly instructions. Pick up only im near Sheppard west station
