There are some signs of use, but it's still in very good condition for lounging and watching movies Selling this single chair leather recliner. Been barely used and kept in guest room. Manual recline lever. Reclines to 2 different angles. Very comfortable and wide seating/cushion. Just a small tear on the seatfrom my toddler jumping on it(see it in pictures).
