18k Italian Gold Gemstone Cross Pendant

A small gold cross pendant with a single clear gemstone. It may be a diamond but I haven’t had it tested. The pendant is marked 750 on the back, signifying 18 karat gold. Heirloom from Italy, probably about mid century. About 3/4” tall. Pickup in the ossington and Davenport area.
