Dining set with hutch & buffet

Solid oak dining table with 4 chairs and a large center leaf. Chair could use a cleaning. Hutch & buffet are also solid oak. Both items are from a non-smoking house. Would like to sell as a set as they match but open to selling separately. All items are over 40 years old and made to last.
