Box opened after recall notice received from BISSELL announcing that the attachments were unexpectedly detaching. The original attachments were discarded and BISSELL sent the new attachments (received 22SEP2026). New attachments have never been opened, only placed in box with new device. The redesigned replacement attachment accessories are engineered to prevent the unexpected detachment issue and are tailored to the recalled Omni Handheld Steam Shot Model 4171J.
