Black metal/glass console table

Black metal console table with 2 glass shelves. In good condition, glass & metal frame are great BUT needs a good cleaning and maybe a paint touch up (was in storage). 2 of the top pieces have a hole where you can screw in something. I have never and am not sure what they are for. Maybe you will find an use? See photo for a closer look.
