Room available in shared Vancouver home, September 15 onwards. $749/month including utilities. We’re a friendly/queer friendly shared household called the Lollipop Brigade and are looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate of the shared spaces. Cleanliness is important and is a requirement for the house. About the room: * Unfurnished, good-sized private room * Window with some natural light * Closet * Lower level of the house * Bathroom shared mostly with one other person. About the house: * 7 bedroom house with 6 other roommates, 3 floors * Large backyard and garden * Shared common spaces * Quiet neighbourhood * Street parking available * Quick access to the Canada Line, R4 and 49 * Easy access to UBC and downtown * Close to Langara and Queen Elizabeth Park. We occasionally have BBQs, movie nights and other casual hangouts, but everyone has their own space and schedule. Preference for someone with experience living with others.
