Dual sided blanket, which is really good for people who struggle with anxiety, insomnia, adhd, depression, bad quality of sleep. Initially was created for autistic kids. Originally bought for $70. Used for a year I always use it and really recommend. It has amazing health benefits, please look it up. Washable on gentle cycle. Personally was always used OVER my own blanket or a duvet cover.
