Original Signed Watercolour~Fidel Figueroa

Beautiful original watercolour by Mexican artist Fidel Figueroa (1907-1975). Figueroa was a prominent painter and cultural figure in Taxco, Mexico. He was also the founder of the Taxco School of the Arts. He signed this watercolour in the lower left hand corner. The painting is framed, matted, and protected under glass. The watercolour itself is in perfect condition. The vintage wood frame shows typical wear for it's age (please see pictures). Visible image measures 8 1/2 x 12 3/4 inches. Inside of frame measures 13 x 17 1/2. Total size (including frame) is 14 x 19. I also have another original watercolour available by this same artist. It's the same size, similar subject matter, as Figueroa often painted Mexican street scenes. It also comes in a frame that matches this one, with the same matting.
