They were flexible with the price and timing, making the whole process feel very easy and trustworthy. Shant was upfront about the MacBook's condition, even sending an image of the small bump that is quite frankly not even visible if you are not searching for it, and was happy to let me test everything thoroughly. The laptop is in pristine condition.
