Clarita Clarita was super responsive and made coordinating the pickup a breeze! As soon as I expressed interest, she was ready to arrange a time, and even provided her address upfront. She was very accommodating with the pickup time and let me know she was coming.

Clarita should have described the item better. She didn’t disclose that there was staining on the inside of the bag. Also the straps were navy not black as they seemed in the photos online. I asked for a discount because of the staining but she wouldn’t move on the price. I still bought the bag because I liked the outside condition.
