It was really touching to see how understanding Brenda was when I had a family emergency and couldn't deliver the walker right away. Her well wishes meant a lot. Brenda's generosity and genuine kindness were so appreciated, and the offer to pay it forward was really heartwarming. 🌸

Brenda gave good directions for where to park and where to access the building. She was also very helpful with giving directions for how to get the couch out of the apartment and held the door for us whenever necessary. The couch was is great condition and very well priced.
