It was great doing business with Suzan. Even with a minor issue, it was very easy to resolve. She was very friendly, and the product is in excellent condition. It's a pair of shoes so wouldn't mind seeing them a little dirty underneath, but it’s on a very good quality and cleaned, I highly recommend her services.
