They were great at coordinating the pickup

Sadly the item I got didn’t work as it was later found to be a discontinued product but Paulo was a very decent and honourable person by refunding my money.

Paulo was quick to confirm my pickup request and very clear about the meeting location. They were also super helpful in letting me know the mini fridge was very light, which saved me from bringing extra help.

Paulo delivered the item to the lobby on a dolly and made it super easy to get it into our van. Thanks Paulo!
