I made a small mistake in directions and Cindy was kind about it.

we had a couple of scheduling snafus at first due to my error but Cindy was understanding, flexible and kind. we were able to set another meet up quickly

They were also clear about their ETA and arrived as planned.

Cindy was very interested and followed up to arrange a time to come over, confirming my times quickly.
