Teri was great about coordinating the meetup, providing their address and confirming parking details. They were also very understanding about my delayed ETA due to traffic. 😊

Teri was very responsive and flexible, making it easy for me to arrange a pickup time that worked. I really appreciate that she even packed the item in a plastic bag since it was raining. Highly recommended!
