I was so surprised to find out we were practically neighbors! They were friendly and so easy to coordinate with, even offering to text me their address directly.

Fa was incredibly accommodating with coordinating the pickup and drop-off, especially given the changing weather. They were very clear about their location and made an effort to get the items to me. I really appreciated their willingness to bring multiple items and their patience as we finalized the order. They kept me updated on their plans and were flexible throughout the process.
