Jamila was very flexible and easy to coordinate with. She was willing to meet at a time that worked well for me. Communication was prompt and friendly throughout the whole process. Even when she was having a little trouble finding the place, and she kept me updated.

She even offered to include some soap and was very apologetic and helpful when a part was missing, making the whole experience feel very easy and pleasant. 🌸
