Lamia was friendly and kept me updated on their arrival, making the whole transaction quick and pleasant. 🤝

Friendly and appreciative, but did show up 23 min late and I had to follow-up to find out their new eta. When receiving something for free, the recipient should be on-time and proactively in communication if running late out of courtesy.
