Jin

Jin was great at confirming the pickup time and keeping me updated on their arrival. We also had an unexpected comedy moment — while trying to move the couch downstairs, I somehow managed to leave a marks on my white couch. Cue a mini panic attack! I had to stop everything and clean it, and Jin was incredibly patient and kind, agreeing to come back an hour later for the pickup. Thankfully, the couch survived, my dignity mostly survived, and Jin saved the day! 😄
