ST

Communicated clearly about the types of books they enjoy and confirmed where we agreed to meet.

ST messaged when they were on their way and reached out again upon arrival at the location.

Came and collected, quick turnaround. Friendly, polite and respectful. Enjoy the Sweater!

They let me know exactly when they were arriving and were quick to grab the book.

It was a pleasure meeting you and your puppy! Thank you for coming by!

Thanks and enjoy!
