It was super easy to coordinate with them for the pick-up.

They were clear about the address and instructions for pickup, making it easy for me to find them.

Mayan was really great with communication, confirming the pickup time and sending over the address. They were also clear about how to get into the building. I appreciated Mayan's flexibility and clear instructions for pickup.
