I found Mandy to be very accommodating with the pickup arrangements, and they were clear about the address and payment method.

They were flexible with the pickup time and made it easy for me to grab the item when it worked for me.

I found Mandy to be very clear and helpful when confirming the pickup details and address.

She was great.

Mandy was super clear about the racquet condition and price right away, which I really appreciated. She was home and ready for me when I arrived.

Mandy was really helpful and flexible when I mentioned the pickup location was far.
