BuyerMount PleasantNelly sent helpful photos of the pickup area to make sure the location was clear.
BuyerArbutus RidgeNelly gifted me “Roma” — a beautiful rubber tree plant! She communicated that she was out of town and when she would be returning and available for pick up. She followed up accordingly and gave good directions. Nelly even helped me load up Roma into my car. Thanks, Nelly!- BuyerDowntown VancouverIt was a relief that they were able to adjust the meeting time when I finished work earlier. Thanks, Nelly! 📦

- BuyerKensington Cedar CottageDealing with Nelly was really easy; she was prompt and responsive from the start. I appreciated her flexibility in coordinating the meeting time and her roommate's help made the pickup a breeze. ✨
