I felt bad that I misunderstood Liliane’s schedule and had her wait yesterday to pick up the shoe cabinet but I appreciated her persistence in making the transaction work. It all went smoothly thanks to her proactive communication. :)

liliane was great to work with, and even though she couldn't pick up the table herself, she arranged everything perfectly for her friend to come. :)

Liliane was great to coordinate with! She was very responsive and kept me updated on her arrival time. It was really a pleasure arranging the meeting time with her. She was also punctual and very friendly when she arrived. Hope she and her family enjoys the table and the chairs! :)
