Em was so understanding when my brother's car got into an accident and my pickup plans changed. They were happy to hold the item and were flexible with delivery, which I really appreciated!

Dealing with Em was fantastic; she was very helpful and accommodating. I had a last-minute change of plans, and she was super understanding.
