Julian is a great guy. Very chatty and honest - I appreciated the coffee he brought and the chat we had. Thank you Julian.

He made it easy to work out a solution, and the whole transaction was smooth, even with a last-minute change of plans.

Julian did show up. however, his responses were very spotty. I realize people have lives and things come up but communication is a must in these type of dealings. other than that he is a very pleasant person and thoughtful as he was late he got me $10 gift card for Tim Hortons and a chocolate bar.Thanks again for the chat it was truly a pleasure meeting you.
