Joanna

Communicated well and reliably showed up.

I appreciated how quickly they were able to coordinate a pickup time with my mom after I had to change my plans.

Joanna let me know when she was on her way to the meeting spot and was friendly.

Great to meet you, hope you enjoy the purchase!
