Vanessa was so flexible with timing and happy to come see the item in person, which made planning easy. I appreciated that Vanessa was clear about when they were on their way and when they arrived.

Vanessa was very understanding and patient when we had to reschedule our pickup a couple of times due to my kids' activities. They were also great at communicating when they were on their way and provided updates, which I really appreciated.
