Lan was really flexible and willing to meet up on short notice when I asked if I could come by sooner.

Lan was great at coordinating the meetup and flexible with the timing, even when I had to reschedule for later in the evening.

Lan was so flexible and understanding when I explained my situation with my father. Met up quickly once I let them know I had arrived. 😊

Lan was really accommodating and kept me updated as to her location. She also picked a public place when she arranged for the pickup!

Also, she was willing to walk one block down to meet me in order to shorten my walking distance as I was walking slowly with a cane.
