I had such a wonderful experience with Jiawen, she was incredibly communicative and flexible with pickup times, even when I was late. She even gave me a free treat for the dog, which was a really thoughtful gesture. 🥹

Jiawen is wonderful! Our communication was very fast and she kept me updated on her arrival. She is amazingly welcoming and kind. I absolutely recommend her as a fellow Karroter!

Jiawen was a very kind and friendly person. she even gave me advice about cats that I did not know. we had a very long and good conversation when I went to pick up all the stuff. I will do dealings with her again.

Republic she was very lovely very friendly had a great conversation about Pat because we both share the same thing we have cats about some cat items off of her and I would do dealings with her again if I had you in the future.
