Dawn was really clear about their pick-up timing and confirmed when they could make it.

If there was another selection after great I would selected that one. Dawn was absolutely fantastic! She not only was a fair negotiator but was pleasantly surprised for what I actually expected. I am so appreciative that words really could express my gratitude.
