Andrea was super communicative, letting me know when her husband Carlos was on his way, and then again when he arrived. It made the pickup process really smooth.

Andrea was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the whole exchange, especially when another person was interested.

Dealing with Andrea was fantastic; she was super helpful, even offering to disassemble the sofa into parts to make pickup easier. I especially appreciated that Andrea was understanding about the pickup arrangements.
