Jo Pinot is a very sweet lady. She gifted me a brand new item for free. She was also very understanding & accomodating when I had to be there almost by mid-night to pick-up due to the delay of TTC. She informed me that she was in the lobby before arrival which made it easier for me. She was so enthusiastic when we met and even said that she was glad that I got it. I highly recommend her! 🌟
