Sarah is just a terrific human being. I'm telling you they know what they're selling and they're very passionate about being fair. I can't believe it the turntable I bought was so calibrated precisely, the gentleman that I bought it for who's on disability was in tears that it was so perfectly set up that he was even able to play his expensive 45 vinyl as well as the 33 and the third. I really recommend if you're going to buy anything like that that you go and see what they have. fantastic and stands behind it.
