I was so pleased with how proactive they were in finding a way for me to collect the item. They went out of their way to arrange it with their niece downtown, which was incredibly helpful.

She was very nice lady. It was a very rainy night, her address was very complicated ! I I went over that intersection 3 times !!!! She helped me find it patiently talking over the phone Thank you 🙏🏻
