Emily was very upfront about the original cost of the item and her lowest acceptable price, which made the negotiation process clear. She was also flexible with meeting times, considering family commitments and offering alternative arrangements.

Zahryah was incredibly accommodating. Even though there wasn't a receipt, they offered to show me the item via video call, which really put my mind at ease.
