Im

Lovely Karroter, very friendly. Communication was consistent. She asked helpful questions about the item details before setting up the pickup.

Im communicated clearly about the timing and provided helpful updates throughout the day as plans changed.

Great communication at all times re pick up. A lovely repeat customer. We will continue to be in touch

Thanks for always being such a pleasure to deal with!
