Heather was amazing to deal with. She is very friendly and personable. She kept me informed even though she had reserved the item for another buyer. She even indicated the time and date she had set up with them and said that she will keep me updated whether or not it is sold. I appreciate being given all of these information which people wouldn't normally give, but it goes a long way in setting me at ease--rather than waiting all day, not knowing when I will receive word on it. And true to word, she informed me after that time that the item was available for me, which was awesome since I knew that meant that I would get the item that I really wanted AND that I can leave her this review. When I picked up the item, she and her partner invited me to come in since it was a bit chilly outside. When they realized that I had taken the bus, they even offered a few times (with enthusiasm and warmth) to give me a ride home, and said it is not a trouble, but I declined. They respected my decision and gave me a tote bag with which I could carry the item. Such wonderful people. They treated me as if I was a friend they've known for a long time.
