I found Truc Nguyen to be really flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule multiple times due to unforeseen circumstances. Truc is a very thoughtful, considerate and a kind person. It was truly a pleasure to deal with her twice. They were very communicative about their availability and worked with me to find a time that would work, which I really appreciated.
