Nicole was amazing as responding, quick and easy hand off, 10/10 experience. Nicole was really accommodating, and it was great that she was so flexible with the pick-up time, especially since I wasn't entirely sure when I'd be in town.

Nicole was very accommodating and understanding when I had to adjust our meeting time, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent and it made the whole process smooth.
