Appears to be a family team. They came ( 3 people ) All were friendly. The bed was taken down already so we collectively removed it from the 2nd floor. Buyer paid in cash.

I appreciated how Lesly was very clear about wanting the item and followed up multiple times to arrange a pickup time. They were quite persistent in getting the details sorted out to make sure they could get it today.
