I appreciated how flexible they were when my pickup plans changed unexpectedly; they were happy to arrange a new time for me. They also made the payment process really smooth when I asked to etransfer ahead of time.

I appreciated that they were upfront about needing to adjust the pickup time and checked in to make sure it still worked.
