I thought it was great how he demonstrated.There was an extra zipper to expand it that I actually did not notice in the pictures.So I appreciated the demonstration of the item that he was selling me.

They were flexible when I had to adjust the meeting time, and I appreciated them coming out to meet me at the subway station.

I found rong to be very clear and responsive when I asked about measurements and condition.
